EMMANUEL MOUSSET
Graduated from the Superior School of Art and Media of Caen in 2018, Emmanuel Mousset is a Parisian painter and sculptor. He co-founded, with the help of Woorim Moon, the artist collective "75070".
Emmanuel Mousset is inspired by his environment, the city and its inhabitants - passers-by, children, drug addicts, sportsmen, in summary everything that crosses his path in the streets of Paris. The representations of bodies in movement or static as well as the portraits are mainly present in his work. Many of his portraits are recognizable, showing garbage collectors or police officers.
Emmanuel Mousset also likes to represent everyday objects in his sculptures: shoes, rings, cell phones. Through his works inspired by scenes, people or objects of everyday life, the artist describes life in our contemporary societies.
